VCoL+7: The lecture

Interested in learning more about how learning works? It’s all about VCoL, a learning model and method designed to support learning the fun way.

All of us at the nonprofit that owns me (Lectica) are gearing up for a learning offering called “A year of developmental delight.” (It’s for learning & development geeks.) While planning the content for this year-long event, I stumbled across the VCoL (Virtuous cycle of learning) lecture from one of our courses. It’s from 2015, so it’s not completely up-to-date, but it provides a thorough discussion and rationale for Lectical’s learning model (which informs everything we do here). I haven’t previously offered this lecture to the public at large because our courses are part of our bread and butter, but this seems like a good time to share it more widely. If you find it useful, feel free to share the link!
