In this presentation at the 1999 Teaching for Intelligence Conference, Senge provides the rationale for Lectica’s educational mission.

What I love about this—aside from the fact that it’s a great speech—is that Senge’s observations are almost perfectly parallel to the observations that led to Lectica. Yet, when he gave this speech, I was completely unaware of his work. We arrived at the same conclusions through very different paths.
