Thank you for your inquiry. We do indeed have a constantly growing list of micro-skills. It is our ambition to create a comprehensive set of micro-VCoLs based on the skills we’ve been studying during our 25-year research program and the skills we will study in the future. Along with our ongoing documentation of the meanings that accompany skill development in the Lectical Dictionary, these micro-VCoLs make it possible for us to customize learning interventions with unprecedented precision.

Through this blog, we often share bits and pieces of what we’ve learned about adult development with the adult learning community. Check out my articles on leadership decision-making for examples. However, we do not freely share most of what we learn about adult development because our work with adults funds our non-profit mission. It’s our bread-and-butter.
